Her father an engineer ran an SSI unit in Mohali near Chandigarh, and is now enjoying retired life and mother is a wonderful homemaker. Her brother, an international professional tennis player completed his Graduation from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and MBA from New York University. He is working as a professional with a Singapore based sports consulting firm and based in Gurgaon. He is happily married. Her sister in law is a senior professional in a US based consulting firm. On her paternal side, late grandfather was a leading lawyer in Northern India. Eldest paternal uncle retired as the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court, and the secons one an IAS officer retired as the Director, India Habitat Centre. The younger paternal uncles are leading advocates in Punjab and Haryana High Court. Maternal uncles are industrialists based in Ludhiana, engaged in garments exports business.

We are five brothers.Myself retired in business of manufacturing transformers.Eldest brother has retired as Chief Justice of High Court and was the chairman of Ayodhya Commission. Second one retired as Director Indian Habitat Center. New Delhi and two younger ones are advocates.
My wife’s brothers are exporters of woolen garments to France and Russia. My wife’s brothers-in-law are manufacturers and suppliers of ceiling fans to Usha .
