Ours is one of the elite Maharashtrian families that migrated from Mumbai to start up business. My late father-in-law , Shri Ghanshyam Shete was the pioneer in Animal Feed Processing Industry. He started Hardcase Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. about 50 years back and was the Managing Director of the same. His work was further enhanced by his two sons , Late Shri Rajive Shete my husband and Shri Ashish Shete my brother -in-law ; present Executive Director of Hardcase Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. My late husband’s legacy is now further carried forward by my eldest son, Shashank. Our family believes in following traditional values while keeping a modern outlook.
