Born in the USA, I grew up and did my schooling in India. I then moved to the UK for A Levels and studied MSc in Mechanical Engineering Honours at the University of Bristol (UK). After graduating I worked at Ford as an engineer in the UK. I then studied MSc in Management at University of Bath (UK).
In January 2016 I joined the family business in Vadodara (India). Currently, I am based in Dubai to develop a few business projects.
I am a keen traveller and have frequently travelled to India, UK, USA, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Tanzania amongst other countries.
I am a motorsport enthusiast and enjoy swimming and playing badminton and tennis. I also enjoy scuba diving and skiing when on holiday. I like to watch football, rugby and cricket. I listen to music in my free time.

- We are Leva Patels, our native is Ode ( 5 Gaam ) in Kheda District, Gujarat.
We are a well-traveled, highly educated, and highly placed family with a strong sense of traditional Indian values with a modern outlook.
- Our family business was established in the late 1950s in East Africa and then in India involving the manufacturing of resins, gaskets, radiators, and aluminum extrusions, among others.
- My father studied Economics at the London School of Economics and subsequently undertook the MBA course at the University of Chicago. My father has been the Company Director & Chairman of the aluminum extrusion and resin manufacturing businesses for many years.
- My grandfather is a philanthropist, a Promoter, and a Founder Trustee of Sri Satya Sai Heart Hospital, Rajkot, and also at the soon upcoming Sri Satya Sai Heart Hospital, Kasindra, near Ahmedabad.
