Mr. Anil H. Gupta, Rohit’s father, was a Chartered Accountant by qualification (Batch: 1976, ICAI, India). He ventured into the specialty chemicals business in 1984, and started KAPL (Krishna Antioxidants Private Limited) in 1991. As a major shareholder & Managing Director, he has established and grown the company under his leadership.
Mrs. Veena Gupta, Rohit’s mother is a home maker. Daughter of an IAS officer, she belongs to a respectable family from Lucknow, UP. Rohit’s elder sister, Swati Gupta got married in 2014, and is settled in New York. A graduate from ISB, Hyderabad (Batch of 2008) and University of Sheffield, UK, she is also actively engaged in the family enterprise.
The family is a follower of the Hindu religion and actively celebrates all major festivals and rituals with close family and friends.
