I am an MBA from a business school of global repute in US and an engineer from IIT. My schooling till Class XII happened in Punjab after which I moved out of home and have stayed in Delhi, Bombay and US since. I returned to India post my MBA in 2012 and am currently based in Delhi, working as the global sales head for a rapidly expanding tech firm. This is a career change from my Pre-MBA life of finance and investment banking. I seek variety and learning in work – this has been and will continue to be the driving factor in my career decisions. Also, while the decision of settling abroad in future depends completely on the opportunity and my would-be-partners comfort and career aspirations, I would prefer to stay in Delhi or Bombay if in India.
As for interests, I am passionate about the education sector and have been teaching children as a hobby for a decade. Apart from this, I frequently get bouts of energy during which I can be doing anything from cycling to Himalayas, photography in Arunachal, learning salsa, playing tennis or training for marathons.

- I am the sole engineer-cum-businessperson in a family of doctors settled in Punjab. While my dad is the Head of Ophthalmology department in a private medical college (a job which he took up after retirement from government service), mom retired a couple of years ago as the Deputy Director, Punjab Government Health Services and has taken up household responsibilities since. My sister who is 6 years younger (and the sole sibling) is also a doctor based in Delhi NCR with her husband.
