Ours is an nuclear family of five (parents, my elder brother who is happily married and me). Father was an accountant for couple of private firms and is currently retired. Mother is a homemaker. My brother did his BTech from IIT Bombay, MS from US and has worked for multinational companies in US and Hyderabad. Bhabhi did her Engineering in Information Technology and is working as a Project Manager for a multinational company. Family outlook is moderate to liberal with deep rooted respect for Indian culture.
We are close with the extended family which is mostly Delhi based and from business background. Education runs deeply in the extended family with engineer and college professor uncles and cousins with IIT/MBA degrees.
