Niharika is currently based in London and works as Group Operations Manager & Head of Governance with a Global MNC in London. A Management graduate (MBA), from the London School of Economics, she is an intelligent, well-balanced, caring, and affectionate girl who has been brought up in Muscat with high moral & family values. She is v polished, respectful & a confident girl. Being flexible, humble, and down to earth makes her a very approachable and comfortable person to talk to. She has a positive outlook & progressive thinking in life. She is family-oriented and strengthens the family bonds & values.

Niharika is well-travelled (30+countries), enjoys reading, watching movies, socializing & networking- bringing people together by proactively organizing events, be it at work or socially with friends. She is an enthusiastic public speaker and also enjoys her fitness routine, nature walks, and loves tapping into her artistic side by sketching.

Charity remains close to her heart and she is co-founder of a charity initiative –“Sharing for all” which distributes food to the homeless in London. She is also a member of ‘Network Capital” in London. She enjoys traveling, dining out, photography, and theatre amongst other activities.
