Naina’s eldest brother, Rishab Dugar, graduated with a dual degree from Northwestern University in the US, and worked with Deutsche Bank prior to completing his MBA from Yale University.
Rishab is amongst the youngest Vice Presidents at JP Morgan, and currently works in Leverage Finance department of the firm’s investment banking division in New York.
Rishab’s wife, Shivanjali Dugar,holds a Bachelors degree in Law from Bangalore, and an LLM from Northwestern University School of Law. She currently manages a start-up in New York.
Naina’s elder brother, Shantanu Dugar, also graduated with a dual degree from Northwestern University, and worked as a consultant at Towers Perrin in Chicago for a few years after his graduation.
Shantanu is currently the CEO of Nauti Nati, which is now amongst the top-5 children’s wear brands in the country with over 300 points of sale. He was recognized as a top-100 retail industry leaders in Asia in 2016.
Shantanu’s wife, Shradha Dugar, completed her CS and currently leads the design function at Nauti Nati.
