My son holds a Bachelors's degree in Technology Management (B.Tech.) With an Associate's degree in Instrumentation Engineering Technology. Currently, he joined the Executive MBA program, Smith School of Business, Queens University, Kingston, Canada. This program will earn Cornell University MBA degree too at the same time. My son is pursuing MBA .

He is employed at the largest Crude Oil Manufacturing company in Canada. He provides Automation/Engineering services. Karshil also is a proficient software developer with knowledge of many programming languages, having completed many projects of his own interests.

Along with his full-time work of Automation/Engineering Consulting, he also runs a software (SaaS) start-up named Skilli Inc as a Founder and CEO of the company. He is a talented leader and a creative thinker, which is reflected in his work, business, and decision-making.

Karshil is a simple, yet ambitious man with a pleasant demeanor. For leisure, he enjoys traveling to new places, exploring, hiking, adventure sports and seeking novel experiences. He has traveled to more than 20 countries, some of which are Japan, Hong Kong, Croatia, Iceland, Taiwan, Mexico, Colombia, United Kingdom, United States, France, and other countries in Europe.

Karshil's routine hobbies include working out regularly and maintaining his health, playing competitive Basketball, and participating in creative activities such as making music. Occasionally, he also likes to spend time playing video games on his Xbox with his friends.

We have a close-knit family of three, and as parents, we have taught our son to respect others and live life with a positive and progressive outlook.
