I have a Masters's from Manchester Business School and am currently heading the HR function in India for a US-based tech startup.
Qualifications and work experience aside, I have a keen interest in the arts, having learnt classical dance and music while growing up. I am a socially active person, with a wide circle of friends in India and abroad. I am part of the Rotary Next Gen, Chennai since inception. I value family and am very close to mine.

My father Prasad, is a BTech from IIT Madras, an MBA from UCLA and currently a management consultant post retirement. He is also a committee member of the Madras Cricket Club in Chennai. He is an avid tennis player and golfer.
My mother Lalitha, with an MPhil in Mathematics, has been a teacher and homemaker. She was born and brought up in Delhi. My maternal grandfather was in the Railways and Petroleum Ministry.
My maternal grandmother lives in the US now, with my aunt (mother’s sister) who is a renowned professor in the environmental engineering field and is currently the head of the India Centre at Princeton.
I have an older brother, who is an engineer and settled in the US with his wife and two children.
We hail from a well-known family in Chennai.
Being a family of dog lovers, we have a dog named Rocky and also help in the upkeep
of many street dogs
