- We are a simple, educated family of professionals. Our parents migrated from west Punjab at the time of partition. Most of our relatives are presently settled in and around Delhi.
- I and my wife are both enjoying the retired life. I am a Chartered Engineer and member of The Institution of Engineers, and after a long career across many reputed private enterprises, I retired from Thomson Press (I) Ltd (Faridabad). My wife is MA (Maths) and she retired as Assistant Director from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
- Our elder son pursued MS from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), and Ph.D. from IIT Delhi. After working in an MNC for about 19 years, he recently switched jobs to teach at a reputed Engineering college in Delhi. His wife is an Additional District Judge in Delhi Judiciary. They have two children aged 12 yrs and 9 yrs.
