About
I am a typical Bombay girl, born, educated and brought up in this city of dreams. A qualified Chartered Accountant and a Bachelors in Law, I am currently working in Mumbai in a global Pharmaceutical Company in the Corporate Strategy team as a Chief Manager. After a brilliant stint in Mergers and Acquisitions in the same organisation, I was offered my current role as a new opportunity.
While I love my work, I believe its only a sort of "means to an end". Work life balance is very important to me and I ensure I find enough time what what I value the most. I enjoy traveling to different destinations, immerse in the culture there, experience the wonders each place has to offer. At every possible opportunity, I ensure I pack my bags and leave for a new destination - be it a East African Safari or a trek in Ladakh! I ensure that I keep my weekends interesting by attending in local gigs, watching movies and plays, stand up comedy acts, and catching up with friends. I also believe in giving back to society and have been volunteering my time in different ways over the last 8 years.

After 4.5 years in the M&A role, I moved to my current role in April last year and was on deputation in the UK for 6 months.

My father is a civil engineer having his own practice in Mumbai as a Construction Management Consultant. My mother retired after being a banker all her life. I am the only daughter to my parents. My family hails from Pallakad, Kerala but has been in Mumbai for over 50 years.
