Education and Career: Aditya has a B.E. in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering from Mumbai University and an MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, USA (a top 10 US school). During his Master’s, he interned in Microsoft graphics team from where they picked him up for a full time job in Windows as a product manager. After working in Microsoft, where he came up with significant innovations with a team of developers, for 5 years, he sought the freedom to do something on his own (which he could afford only in India).
He is passionate about designing products that better the environment. He has driven the new product lines in the industrial automation family business ever since he moved back to Mumbai, India. He has options to settle either in India or the USA (EAD with green card on its way)

Aditya comes from an affluent, nuclear family with liberal values, and the family has its origins in Kumbakonam (paternal) & Palghat (maternal). His father ( Electrical Engineer from IIT Madras, MS from IISc Bangalore) and mother ( Electrical Engineer from IIT Bombay) have their own industrial automation company in Navi Mumbai. His father is an Iyengar, and his mother is an Iyer. Aditya’s elder sister is married and has a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology from a top-notch US university. Her husband also has a Ph.D. and is a distinguished alumnus of IIT, Madras. They are settled in the USA.
Aditya’s paternal uncle has an MBBS degree and is a Ph.D. in Medicine from Cornell, USA, and was a Director of Research in an international pharmaceutical company. His maternal uncle is from IIT, Madras. And an MBA from the USA. He is settled in California.
Aditya has moved to Mumbai in 2015 after working in Seattle for 5 years.
